• Gaming Activity Data: Game history, bet amounts, wagering patterns, session durations, and bonus usage records.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, and session identifiers collected automatically when you access the platform.
• Communications Data: Records of your correspondence with 4jili customer support, including chat logs and email exchanges.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

4jili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, solely for the purpose of processing your transactions.
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services used to confirm your identity and age in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• IT & Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and cybersecurity service providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities: PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine authorities, where disclosure is required by law or court order.
• Professional Advisors: Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

All third-party service providers who process personal data on behalf of 4jili are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than the specific service they provide to us.

7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

4jili uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.
• Performance & Analytics Cookies: Used to collect anonymized data about how players use the platform — such as which pages are visited most frequently and where errors occur — to help us improve the user experience.
• Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as your preferred language, display settings, and responsible gaming configurations.

4jili does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies that profile you across external websites. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair your ability to use the platform.

8 Data Retention

4jili retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention guidelines:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR-compliant record-keeping requirements and AML obligations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for dispute resolution.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed to marketing communications, plus a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

9 Data Security

4jili implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the 4jili platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized 4jili personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Secure Payment Processing: Payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. 4jili does not store full payment credentials on its own servers.
• Vulnerability Management: Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans are conducted to identify and remediate security weaknesses.

10 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction

The 4jili platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online casino gaming. 4jili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 4jili platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 12.

11 Updates to This Privacy Policy

4jili reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

When material changes are made to this Policy, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the 4jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
